Return & Refund Policy
If you have changed your mind on items (not cleaning and restoration services) you have purchased with us, we may offer you a refund provided that the refund:

is made within 30 days of purchase.

you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase

the merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered

Our team members will assess the item (in-store and online returns) to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that delivery and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Please note that you hand in your returned items at your own risk. By sending in them to us you accept the responsibility of your items and we are not responsible for any damages incurred. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
This may vary depending on each individual case. If this happens to you we will review the order.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Sneaker and Bag Cleaning Services
As a customer of Vince Sneaker & Bag Spa you give your shoes / bags to us at your own risk and accept that we might not be able to get your items back to the condition you are expecting.
Once we have started your order, there is no refund on change of mind on cleaning and restoration services.
We may suggest alternative solutions or refuse to service your items if your chosen services are not suitable for their conditions.
All un-collected orders will be held for a period of 6 months maximum. If you do not collect your items within this period Vince Sneaker & Bag Spa retain their right to dispose of those shoes whichever way deemed necessary.
